We will never request deposit payments via Western Union or any other financial method and any calls will only be made via the official mobile number on our website.

Any other request is considered fraudulent.

NOTE:

Fuel cost is excluded and cars are supplied on a "status of Fuel" status to be returned as per departure level.

Insurance is via credit card pre auth or cash deposit of R8 000 which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle / any damaged fee / insurance excess is deducted from the pre authorization deposit amount.

• Valid ID / Drivers licence copy required to confirm booking
• Booking Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to collection date
• Booking can be re-scheduled if the weather doesn't play along
• Cape Cobra Hire cannot be held responsible should the booked vehicle be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Minimum age 25 years
• R8,000 - R15,000 insurance excess applicable for Cobra’s via Credit card pre auth on day of rental.
• Group Bookings require 25% deposit to confirm booking

• Please treat our Cobra with respect and obey the speed limits.
• ENGINE OIL LEVEL must be checked every 300km.
• COOLANT LEVEL must be checked at each Refuel.
• Please advise if you intend to drive outside a 150km radius of Cape Town
• NO handbrake turns
• NO wheelspinning
• NO donuts
• NO tyre burnouts
• NO dirt roads
• NO drifting
• NO over revving
• NO Aggressive pull away
• Never Engage gear at high Revs. The gearbox will get damaged.
• The Gearboxes & Differential will be damaged if you attempt to wheel spin.
• Charges for damages and lost revenue will be deducted from your Credit Card Hold.

In the event of a cancellation the preferred option is a 100% Credit against a deferred date. Valid for 12 Months.

Short Notice Cancellations are subject to the below Cancellation Fee Structure:
